Luncheon Workout for the last day of November......
I can’t believe this month literally flew by… So to remember some of the fat I’ve managed to melt off my body, I did a 35 minutes workout on the elliptical machine with 40 lbs weighted vest. My Luncheon workout 11/29/2011
It’s been a rainy day outside supposedly but I’ve been indoors all day long. Just glad it didn’t open up on the way to work. I got into work early and managed to sneak in a 35 minutes workout on the Elliptical machine in the fitness center in our building worth 401.7 caloric burn.
