Workout of the Day- September 30, 2011- Pure...
Today is my rest day with CLX.  My 2 oldest were both sick and stayed home from school.  To say the least I needed my sanity check after dealing with all the whining and grumbling from my two patients.  As they napped, I managed to get some errands and grocery shopping done.  Got a good 2.5 hrs of walking.  That wasn’t enough to destress me.  So tonight after they had their dinner, I tackled...

Best part this week is I got a trainer to measure my body fat% on my body.  I was around 36-37% in June 2011 and my current body fat % is down to 30.2% :D  That’s 5-6% off in 3 months!
