Workout of the Day- September 30, 2011- Pure...
Today is my rest day with CLX. My 2 oldest were both sick and stayed home from school. To say the least I needed my sanity check after dealing with all the whining and grumbling from my two patients. Wednesday September 28, 2011: All my squats were done with a Smith Machine.
A set of 10 reps squats with 40 lbs weight with feet 5-6 inches apart.
A set of 10 reps squats with 40 lbs weight with feet a foot apart.
A set of 10 reps somo squats with 40 lbs weight with feet 2-3 feet part.
A jog around track 1 lap.

15 mins weight training- arms and legs and 15 mins cardio on elliptical machine.

Tuesday's Lunch Workout- September 27, 2011
15 mins on track (10 laps=1mile) with 40 lbs weighted vest.
5 mins boxing drills with 40 lbs weighted vest.
5 mins jog on treadmill on 4mp with 40 lbs weighted vest.
2 sets of 30 reps step ups on foot steel box weighted vest.
3 sets of 12 reps quad/leg front/back/side extension on each sides.

Best part this week is I got a trainer to measure my body fat% on my body. I was around 36-37% in June 2011 and my current body fat % is down to 30.2% :D That’s 5-6% off in 3 months!
