My Pedometer
Work got us all involved this year with GCC- Global Corporate Challenge. Basically it was to help as all move our afts beyond the norm of what people who work in the office averages out in a day- 5,000 steps daily. It ran for 16 weeks- starting in May 2011 and ended first week of September 2011. We had to log our steps on a daily basis. This has become a habit for me. Our goal was to move 2X or more than the daily average. So it was a minimum of 10,000 steps a day 24/7. Week days was easy but weekend was another story.
I’m keeping track of my steps until I loose my pedometer or it breaks xD And trust me I’ve broken the clip of the 2 pedometer that was issued to me within 8 weeks into this event.
