We’re all going to have those days where we feel like we messed up. We’ll skip exercising, we might over-indulge in the wrong foods, we might not drink enough water, we may not have gotten enough calories for the day, we may have pulled an all nighter.
Life happens. As for weight loss? That happens one step at a time. So even if you slipped up a little bit, IT’S OKAY! Don’t get bummed out; instead, channel your disappointment into physical activity.
You can still take a step forward by doing something NOW. Drink an extra glass of water. Do 100 jumping jacks to get your heart rate up. Go for a walk. Youtube some core, arm, and leg strengthening videos. Don’t just sit there. Do something.
