An active life change blogger here :) Only 20 lbs left for my goal of 150 lbs and 40 lbs from my ultimate goal of 130 lbs. At this rate, the number on the scale do not matter but the size of clothing I can get myself into. I don’t ever recall being a size 8 but for now I’m only 4 sizes away pant size from that :) I’m aiming for a 20% body fat and having definition on my frame. Lean and sexy ;)
