Doing Strength Training 3Xs a week has helped me shred 6-7% body fat in the last 3 months. I was at 36-37% body fat% in June 2011 and got measured yesterday at 30.2%! Now that’s progress, baby! My ultimate goal is to have 20% body fat :)
